Terms of Service

These are the key terms for bvillelaunchpad.com, the B-Ville ebook store and B-Ville Launch Pad apps, offered by Batesville Media LLC. The complete Terms of Service will be posted here before the Enhancer launches on November 3, 2026.

The basics

• Your projects are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, never to train AI and never to develop our own shows or films.
• Cooper™ and the other AI tools are a development partner, not a guarantee. Check what matters before you rely on it.
• You must be 18 or older and have the right to upload what you upload.
• New York law applies, and you keep every right the law gives you that a contract cannot take away.

Plans and billing

• You see the exact price, billing period, any free trial and the renewal terms before you pay.
• Monthly Enhancer plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before day 8 and you're never charged.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Annual plans and the Elite two-year plan renew automatically, and we email you before each renewal.
• First-time annual and Elite purchases have a 14-day money-back window.

Ebooks

• You pay once and get your ebook and workbook by email. There's no subscription.
• Your copy is for your own use. Please don't share, post or resell it.
• Paid ebooks are final sale once delivered, but we always fix a download that doesn't work, a double charge or our mistake.
• Free ebooks are free. Signing up for one adds you to B-Ville emails, which you can stop any time.
