Schedule B — Acceptable Use Policy

The Service is a professional workspace. You may write about anything a story needs to explore, including violence, crime, sexuality and other mature themes. What you may not do is use the Service itself to cause harm. Do not:

• upload or develop material you don't have the rights to, or that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• create or upload sexual content involving minors, real non-consenting people, or intimate images shared without consent;
• harass, threaten, defame or dox real people, or generate content designed to deceive people into thinking a real person said or did something;
• use the Hit List or industry information to send spam, bulk unsolicited pitches, or messages that break anti-spam laws, or to harass anyone listed;
• share your account, resell access, or let others use one seat;
• post, share, resell or upload our ebooks, workbooks or lessons where others can get them;
• scrape, copy or extract the Service, its prompts or its scoring methods, or use outputs to build a competing product;
• probe, attack, overload or bypass the security, usage limits, billing or safety measures of the Service;
• upload malware, or use the Service for fraud, unlawful activity, or to violate the policies of our AI providers.

We may remove content or limit, suspend or close accounts as described in the Terms, proportionate to the problem. Report misuse at info@bvillemedia.com. If you believe we got it wrong, reply to our notice and a person will review it.
