Membership, Billing & Refund Policy

The short version

• You see the exact price, billing period, any free trial and the renewal terms before you pay, and you agree to renewal with a separate checkbox.
• Monthly Enhancer plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before day 8 and you're never charged.
• You can cancel online in Account › Billing in a few clicks. No phone call needed.
• Annual plans and the Elite two-year plan renew automatically, and we email you before each renewal.
• First-time annual and Elite purchases have a 14-day money-back window.

1. Enhancer plans

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax we are required to collect, which is shown at checkout. Each plan page lists what is included and any usage limits. B-Ville Business Pro™ and B-Ville Production Office™ are separate products with their own plans and are not included in any Enhancer plan unless you buy a bundle that says so.

Student plan. The Student plan is for students currently enrolled at a college, university or film school who are 18 or older. We may ask for proof of enrollment and move the account to the Starter price if it can't be confirmed. The Student plan can't be combined with Founders Circle pricing.

2. Free trial. Monthly Enhancer plans start with a 7-day free trial. We collect your payment card at signup, and your first charge happens on day 8 at the monthly price shown, then every month after. Cancel any time during the 7 days in Account › Billing and you won't be charged. A free trial is available once per person.

3. Before you pay. Next to the payment button we show: the plan, the price, how often you are charged, when the first charge happens (including the trial end date), whether and when it renews, how to cancel and a summary of refunds. Auto-renewing plans require you to check a separate box agreeing to the renewal. After purchase we email a confirmation with those terms and how to cancel.

4. Renewals and price changes. Plans renew at the end of each term at the price you agreed to until you cancel. For annual plans and the Elite two-year plan, we email a reminder 15 to 45 days before the renewal date with the renewal price and how to cancel, and we send an annual reminder of your subscription terms. If we raise the price of a plan you hold, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, explain how to cancel, and either get your agreement before charging the new price or let you cancel and receive a prorated refund within 14 days after the first higher charge.

5. Cancelling. Cancel any time in Account › Billing › Cancel plan, the same way you signed up. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We confirm the cancellation by email. If the online button ever fails, email info@bvillemedia.com with "Cancel" in the subject and we will process it within one business day. If we show you an offer when you cancel, the cancel button stays visible next to it. Cancelling does not delete your account or projects; you can delete them separately in Account Settings.

6. Refunds

• 14-day money-back on first purchases. If you buy an annual plan or the Elite plan for the first time and ask within 14 days of the purchase, we refund the full amount.
• Monthly plans. Fees are not refunded for partial months; cancelling stops the next charge.
• Renewals. If you forget to cancel an annual or Elite renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it as long as the plan has not been substantially used since renewal.
• Our mistakes. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges are refunded in full whenever reported.
• If we end the Service or your access without cause, we refund the unused prepaid portion.
• Ebooks and workbooks follow the Ebook & Digital Store Terms (A5).

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. These rules never reduce a refund or cancellation right you have under law. If you have a billing problem, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank; you keep your right to dispute it either way.

7. Offers, credits and promotions. Discounts, free months and other credits apply only as their terms say, have no cash value, and can't be transferred or sold. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers do not combine: for example, the AfroTech "1 Month Free Enhancer" prize can't be used with Founders Circle pricing, and the Student plan can't be combined with Founders Circle pricing. A free month added to a plan extends its term; it does not change the renewal price. Event prizes are governed by the Official Rules for that event.

8. Ebooks, workbooks and other perks. Digital ebooks and workbooks included with a plan, offer or prize are licensed for your personal use and may not be shared publicly or resold. They are yours to keep once delivered, even if you later cancel. Live group sessions are scheduled by us, may be recorded for members who could not attend, and can be rescheduled if needed.
