Covers: bvillelaunchpad.com and its subdomains, the Enhancer, the free tools and micro-magnets, the ebook store, event sign-ups (including booth, spin-wheel and retreat sign-ups) and support.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your account, deliver what you buy or download, and run your projects, and we tell you exactly who helps us do it.
- We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- Your projects are never used to train AI.
- You can see, download, correct or delete your information.
1. What we collect and why

We don't ask for sensitive personal information. If your creative work contains personal stories, that content is treated as Your Content: used only to provide the Service to you.
2. Who helps us (service providers)

These providers may process information only to provide their services to us and under contracts that protect it. Our AI providers do not use your content to train their models (see Schedule A, A5). AI requests currently go to Google's Gemini models through the Lovable AI Gateway, which may keep request logs for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. We also disclose information when required by law, to protect people's safety or our legal rights, with your direction (for example, a hand-off you send), or to a buyer or successor of the business that agrees to honor this notice.
3. What we don't do. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use Your Content to train AI. We do not use your projects for marketing without your written permission.
4. Emails. We send account, purchase, delivery, billing and security emails as needed. Marketing emails (launch news, offers, free tools) go only to people who opted in or signed up for a free tool, ebook or event, always include an unsubscribe link, and stop within 10 days of an unsubscribe. Emails come from bvillelaunchpad.com or bvillemedia.com addresses and show our postal address.
5. Your choices and rights. You can view, correct and delete your account information in Account Settings, and you can email info@bvillemedia.com at any time to ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may also have rights to know what we collect, to correct or delete it, to obtain a copy, to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we don't do these), and to appeal a decision. We'll verify your request using your account or sign-up email and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
6. Security. We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage provided by our hosting providers, access controls that limit staff access to your projects, and database access rules so each account can reach only its own projects and reports. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
7. Children. The Service is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe that has happened.
8. Where data is processed. We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States and possibly other countries. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
9. Changes and contact. We will post updates here with a new effective date and email you about material changes before they take effect.
