B-Ville Launch Pad Spin to Win at AfroTech 2026. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C., except New York and Florida, 18 or older. Ends November 6, 2026. Subject to the Official Rules below. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor

2. Who can enter
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except New York and Florida, who are 18 or older when they enter. Residents of New York and Florida are not eligible. Not eligible: employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor (including booth staff); employees of AfroTech and its organizer, Blavity; and the immediate family and household members of each. "Immediate family" means spouses or domestic partners, parents, children and siblings, and their spouses. "Household members" means people who live in the same residence at least three months a year, whether or not related. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility before awarding any prize, and a prize awarded to an ineligible person is forfeited.
3. How to enter
During AfroTech Expo hours from November 3 to November 6, 2026, Central Time (the "Promotion Period"), visit the B-Ville Launch Pad booth at AfroTech in Houston, Texas, and sign up on the booth tablet with your first name, email address and state of residence, and confirm that you are eligible and agree to these rules. Signing up is free. Limit one sign-up and one spin per person and per email address. Entries with false or duplicate information may be disqualified.
Free entry for grand prizes. You may also enter the grand prize drawing in Rule 5 without attending AfroTech. Email info@bvillemedia.com with the subject line "Spin to Win Entry" and your first name, email address and state of residence. Your email must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 6, 2026. A free entry has the same chance of winning as a booth sign-up. Limit one grand prize entry per person, whether you enter at the booth, by email or both, plus any bonus entry won at the booth. A free entry does not include a spin or an instant-win prize.
4. Instant-win prizes
Every spin wins one prize while supplies last. Sponsor will award no more than the quantity of each prize listed below. The odds shown are the starting odds per spin. Prizes are limited, and the odds change as prizes run out. When a booth prize runs out for the day, its share of the odds moves to the 1 Month Free Enhancer prize. When the free Enhancer month or either ebook set runs out for the promotion, its share moves to the bonus grand prize entry. Once all other prizes have run out, every spin wins a bonus grand prize entry. Because of high attendance, many visitors may win only a bonus grand prize entry.

Booth prizes: 750 items, total ARV $2,000, given out in daily amounts across the four days; any booth prizes not given out on a day carry over to the next day. Free Enhancer months and ebook sets: 84 in all, total ARV $1,745.40. Grand prizes: total ARV $1,240.88. Bonus grand prize entries have no cash value. Total approximate retail value of all prizes in this promotion, instant and grand combined: no more than $4,986.28.
Booth prizes must be collected at the booth on the day they're won.
Ebook prizes are licensed for the winner's personal use and may not be shared publicly or resold.
5. Grand prizes
Every eligible sign-up and every eligible free email entry receives one entry, limited to one per person. The bonus prize adds one more entry.
- First prize: a 30-minute one-on-one video consultation with Lorisa Bates, former senior development executive at BET and Showtime, producer, and founder of B-Ville Launch Pad Suite (ARV $500). To be scheduled by January 31, 2027. If the winner does not schedule the consultation by that date, the prize is forfeited and no substitute will be awarded. One winner.
- Second prize: the Launch Pad Starter Kit: all four B-Ville ebook and workbook sets (Great Idea. Now What?, Elevate Your Pitch, Elevate Your Project and Genre Is a Business Decision; ARV $69.96) plus three months of B-Ville Launch Pad Enhancer, Standard plan (ARV $177), delivered as a promo code with the winner notice. No payment method is required to redeem, and the plan does not renew into a paid plan. Total ARV $246.96. Three winners.
Odds of winning a grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Drawing and notice
Grand prize winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2026 and notified by email. A winner who does not reply within 7 days may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be chosen.
7. General terms
Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value. No substitutions, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value that does not exceed the ARV of the original prize. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes. By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for technical failures.

11. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this promotion will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any remedy is limited to your actual out-of-pocket costs, if any, of entering, and you waive any right to punitive, incidental or consequential damages.
